    A: No, we provide everything we need to for our house cleaning and maid services.

  • Q: What do I need to prepare for your cleaning services?

    A: For a deep cleaning: the more picked up your house is, the more cleaning we are able to do. If you straighten up before a deep cleaning the less time and money you will have to spend! 


    For our regular cleanings: nothing! Just hire our hands to help you.

  • Q: How do I pay for my cleaning service?

    A: You can pay check, cash or credit card for your cleaning, hoarding, maid services and more.

  • Q: Do I have to be home when the cleaning team arrives?

    A: No, you do not have to be home when the cleaning team arrives.

  • Q: What services do you NOT provide?

    A: We do not provide washing walls. This can be a large liability and it's cheaper to paint them.

  • Q: What do I do with my pet while you are in my home?

    A: Whatever you think is best- we are pet friendly!

  • Q: Who will actually be cleaning my home?

    A: Our team of family members will be cleaning your home. We are family owned and operated.

  • Q: Do I need to send a picture of the hoarding first?

    A: Yes, please and then we will schedule a consultation and game plan moving forward for your hoarding cleanup.

  • Q: Are you licensed and insured?

    A: Yes!

  • Q: Do I get the same people on a regular basis?

    A: Yes! Know who's coming out to your home! We are a small family-owned business, you will get the same people each time.
